UNIT I: First Year Sales
Unit I is 60 hours. The cost of this course is $405.00. To become a licensed real estate agent in the state of South Carolina, you must complete this course designed to prepare you for the licensing exam.
Topics learned in Unit I include: general real estate principles, types of property, agency, contract and contract laws, closing, state laws, general license laws, property management, and financing. After successfully completing the First Year Sales Course, you will be eligible to apply to the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (LLR) Real Estate Commission. You may make an appointment to take the state exam then, or you can wait until Unit II has been successfully completed.
Unit I Course Schedule & Pricing
Unit I courses are offered on weeknights from 5:45 PM to 9:45 PM. The cost for Unit I alone is $405.
