How do I become a real estate agent?

Prospective real estate sales professionals in South Carolina must pass Unit I (60 hours of instruction) before they can apply to the take the PSI exam. Once you pass the PSI exam and complete Unit 2 course (30 hours of instruction), you are eligible to sign with a brokerage and begin your career in real estate sales.

Is the school ADA compliant?

Are there payment plans available?

Yes! Payment plans are available for our bundle (Unit 1 and Unit 2). There is a $15.00 nonrefundable convenience charge. IF payments are not paid in full by Unit 1, then all course certificates will be held by the school until payments are received.

What is the PSI exam?

PSI proctors government exams to secure licensure in a variety of fields. After successfully completing the 60 required hours of Unit I to apply to become a real estate sales professional, you are eligible to take a PSI exam. The PSI exam has two components: State and National. Once you successfully pass both components with at least a 70% score and complete the Unit II course, you may sign with a brokerage and begin your career in real estate sales. A PSI exam is also offered for those who aim to become brokers or brokers-in-charge of a firm. Agents who strive to become brokers must pass the National and State portion with at least a 75% score after completing Unit III Broker A and B. What is the difference between taking courses online vs. in person?

An enjoyable interpersonal atmosphere is created when coming to class. Students have a chance to engage with each other as well as any visiting brokerages. Virtual classes are designed to accommodate people who desire to learn in the comforts of their own environment.

Do you offer continuing education courses for licensed real estate sales professionals?

How many students are allowed in each class?

We only allow up to 32 students per class. This is to give a more personalized learning experience and ensure participants grasp all real estate concepts.

Can I get a real estate license if I have a criminal record?

Yes, but you would have to contact the South Carolina Real Estate Commission first to see if they would approve the crime committed.

If I decide to do the class online and don’t like it, can I transfer to the in class course?

Unfortunately, once you start the online track, you must stick with that track. This is because classroom seating is limited to 32 seats.
