UNIT II: Advanced Principles in Real Estate
Unit II is 30 hours. The cost of this course is $295.00. This course is the other component required to receive your real estate salesperson license.
Topics included in Unit II include: agency and property disclosure, real estate contracts, ethics in real estate, measurements, and the practice of real estate. We recommend taking the course immediately following Unit I to expedite your real estate sales professional career.
Unit II Course Schedule & Pricing
Unit II courses are held on weeknights from 5:45 PM to 9:45 PM. The cost for Unit II alone is $295.

Payment Plan
